On Tuesday, 14th May, the volunteers ran a day for the Steiner School from Cambridge. Starting at 10.00 and finishing at 4.30 the group consisted of eight pupils, 14 to 16 years of age, and two teachers. The volunteers did an amazing amount of work, Birdie and Gerry doing a lot of prep and organisation to make sure the session was well-stocked with good quality paper and ink. It was a real success with the students being given space to mix fonts and take a graphic approach to the wordplay. Some of the volunteers might have felt the heat but overall, it was a fun challenge for all.
